Privacy: your data and WhatsApp
What this site does with your data, in plain words.

What we ask for
To make you an offer, we ask for the address of the house, your name and your phone number. Your email and the house's situation are optional. We don't ask for anything else.
The address, on the home page
The address you type on the home page moves to the second step inside your browser. It doesn't reach our server, and it isn't kept in any visit log.
When you open WhatsApp
The "Send and open WhatsApp" button opens WhatsApp with a message already written: the address, your name, your phone and, if you gave them, your email and the situation. That message travels inside the link that opens WhatsApp, so WhatsApp receives it when it opens; nothing reaches us until you send it.
WhatsApp is a Meta service. When you send the message, what you wrote travels through WhatsApp and stays in our conversation with you. What WhatsApp does with your data is explained in its own privacy policy, at whatsapp.com/legal.
If you'd rather not use WhatsApp, call us at 787-565-5685 or email gcolon@etoventures.com.
The email form, once it's switched on
Later, the form will also be able to send by email. When that happens, it will ask for the same details: the address, your name, your phone and, if you like, your email and the situation. We'll receive them in our inbox, and this page will explain the change before it's switched on.
What this site doesn't do
This site loads no analytics, no ads and no code from other companies. Everything you see, including the fonts and the photos, comes from our own site.
What we use your data for
To answer you, set up the visit, prepare your written offer and follow up on your case.
How to ask us to delete your data
Email gcolon@etoventures.com or send a WhatsApp message to 787-565-5685 saying "Please delete my data." We delete what we have about you and let you know when it's done. The messages you sent on WhatsApp also stay on your phone, and you can delete those yourself in the app.
